Weigh In
7:00 am to 9:00 am. Wrestling starts as soon as SoCals Folkstyle is completed. If you wrestled in San Jose on March 13, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WEIGH-IN AGAIN.

Eligibility
Any girl/woman who is age 5 or older.

Elementary Division
Division for K-5 graders. Matches - 3 min. 1/1/1. International Freestyle Rules.
Blocked Weights during 2010 season.

Middle School Division
Division for 6-7-8 graders. 4 1/2 min. 1.30/1.30/1.30 International Freestyle Rules
65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 140, 155, 180, 220.

High School Division
Division for 9-10-11-12 graders. 6 min. 2/2/2. International Freestyle Rules
98, 103, 108, 112, 116, 120, 124, 128, 133, 139, 146, 155, 170, 250.

Collegiate Division
Division. 6 minute matches. 2/2/2. International Freestyle Rules.
97, 105, 112, 121, 130, 138, 148, 158, 182, 209, 250.

Insurance
This tournament is insured by the Bob Leid Agency, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, the leading wrestling/team sports insurer in the country. They specialize in wrestling. Policy is available upon request. Send stamped self addressed envelope to the USGWA Director for a copy.

Style
INTERNATIONAL FREESTYLE RULES.

Entry Fee
$25.00 per wrestler if postmarked by March 6, 2010; $30.00 at weigh-in REGISTER EARLY!!!!!! BOTH Free & Folk - $45.00, pre-register, BOTH @ door/walk-in: $55.00.

Spectator Admisssion Fee
$6.00. Everyone pays except wrestlers, referees, table workers, and tournament administrators. Children under age 5 FREE.

Individual Awards
Medals to the TOP 3 in each weight group in each division. YOU CAN EARN A MEDAL IN BOTH FREE AND FOLK TODAY.

Uniforms
Your uniform of choice is OK.

Weigh-In Attire
A singlet is the REQUIRED weigh-in attire.
